ZEFFLE High performance binders for coatings

ZEFFLE is a fluoropolymer resin used to formulate coatings with exceptional weatherability and chemical resistance. ZEFFLE is available in water based and solvent based grades.

ZEFFLE is used in a wide range of industrial and architectural industrial paint and coating applications including coil coatings, buildings, storage tanks, anti-corrosion coatings, bridges, and virtually any structure or surface. ZEFFLE is also widely used in the production of photovoltaic (PV) panels, where coatings formulated with ZEFFLE protect polyester backsheets.

ZEFFLE fluoropolymer based coatings can be applied to a wide range of substrates including:

  • steel, copper, aluminium
  • bitumen
  • concrete
  • wood, particle board
  • paper, paperboard
  • fabrics
  • plastics
  • glass

Coatings based on ZEFFLE can be heat cured in the factory or field applied at ambient temperatures, from hot summer through cold winter conditions. This exceptionally wide range of working temperatures provides unprecedented flexibility:

  • Factory-applied coatings can be touched up in the field with coatings that have the same colors, sheens and weathering characteristics.
  • High-performance coatings can be applied on site in winter to minimize construction delays.
