DAI-EL Properties & Benefits
Daikin’s DAI-EL Bisphenol Curable grades come as copolymers with 66% fluorine content and terpolymers with between 66% and 71% fluorine content.
They have the best heat resistance and lowest compression set within our DAI-EL portfolio.
All grades are available as NFS FKM – no fluorinated emulsifiers used.

Most copolymer grades are available as a cure incorporated pre-compound. Base Polymer grades are also available – these require a bisphenol curing agent and accelerator.
In cases where higher acid or solvent resistance is needed, our peroxide curable grades can be an option.
