Peroxide Curable Fluoroelastomers

DAI-EL 80XX/90XX Properties & Benefits

Daikin’s DAI-EL Peroxide Curable grades come as copolymers with 66% fluorine content and terpolymers with between 67% and 71% fluorine content.

Compared to the bisphenol cured grades, they have better acid and solvent resistance and better overall mechanical properties.

All grades are available as NFS FKM – no fluorinated emulsifiers used.

The trade-off is a reduction in heat and compression set resistance compared to the bisphenol cured grades.

In cases where higher base resistance is needed, the DAI-EL BRE range of products can be an option.

Special Low-Temperature grades are available.
