Daikin PTFE Compounds are available in the following powder types:
NFF (Non-Free Flowing) for compression molding.
FF (Free-Flowing) for compression molding, semi-automatic and isostatic molding.
FF / HD (Free-Flowing High Density) for compression molding and automatic molding.
E (Pre-sintered) for RAM extrusion.

POLYFLON PTFE Fine Powders
POLYFLON PTFE F-104 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. F-104 has been specifically designed for the manufacture of unsintered tape, sintered tape and tubing at low reduction ratios.
POLYFLON PTFE F-106C is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion at low reduction ratios. F-106C has been specifically designed for the manufacture of PTFE Fiber and porous applications. It has the thermal stability and mechanical strength required for high stretching ratios.
POLYFLON PTFE F-107 is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. F-107 has been specifically designed for the manufacture of unsintered tapes, sintered tapes and porous applications at low reduction ratios.
POLYFLON PTFE F-108 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. It has been designed for large diameter pipes, wrapping tape and coaxial cable applications, that are processed at low reduction ratios up to 300:1.Typical properties of F-108 include high green strength, excellent flex life characteristics, good surface smoothness of extruded pipes as well as small shrinkage in machine direction.
POLYFLON PTFE F-131 is a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. F-131 has been specifically designed for the manufacture of unsintered tapes, sintered tapes and porous applications at low reduction ratios. It has high thermal stability and high stretch ratio capability.
POLYFLON PTFE F-201 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. It has been designed for spaghetti tubing , thin wall tubing and wire coating applications of less than 16 AWG at medium to high reduction ratios.
POLYFLON PTFE F-205 is a fine powder resin for paste extrusion. It has been specifically designed for the manufacture of thin wall tubing and wire coating applications requiring good color, clarity, thermal stability and stress crack resistance.
POLYFLON PTFE F-208 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. It has been designed for small diameter coaxial cables and tubing applications that are run at high reduction ratios, from 200:1 up to 4.000:1. F-208 also demonstrates good thermal stability and excellent dimensional tolerance at low extrusion pressures and lower lubricant levels.
POLYFLON PTFE F-302 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. It has been designed for tube and heavy wall wire insulations processed at low to medium reduction ratios up to 1.200:1.
POLYFLON PTFE F-303 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion.It has been designed for large diameter or heavy wall tubing like chemical transfer or hydraulic hose that are processed at reduction ratios up to 800:1.
Typical properties of F-303 include a superior high pressure resistance, an excellent stress fatigue life, good flexibility, high thermal stability and clarity.
POLYFLON PTFE F-303L is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion. It has been designed for large diameter or heavy wall tubing like chemical transfer or hydraulic hose that are processed at reduction ratios up to 1500:1.
Typical properties of F-303L include a superior high pressure resistance, an excellent stress fatigue life, good flexibility, high thermal stability and clarity.
POLYFLON PTFE FC-2121 is a PTFE fine powder for the extrusion of high performance coaxial cables. A wire insulation made of FC-2121 will have a significantly lower dielectric constant and dissipation factor but will also have excellent mechanical properties.
POLYFLON PTFE Dispersions
POLYFLON PTFE D-210 is a homopolymer polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion. D210 has been designed for general purpose in yarn coating, packing impregnation, glass fabric coating and release coating formulation applications.
POLYFLON PTFE D-210C is an high molecular weight homopolymer polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion. D-210C has been designed for usage as battery binder.
POLYFLON PTFE D-310 is a modified polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion. D-310 has been specifically designed for use in release coating and glass cloth impregnation applications where improved gloss, adhesion, surface smoothness and wear properties are desired.
POLYFLON PTFE D-410 is a modified polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion. D-410 has been specifically designed in release coating applications where improved gloss, adhesion, surface smoothness and wear properties are desired.
POLYFLON PTFE D-610 is a homopolymer. D-610 has been designed for general use in yarn coating, packing impregnation, glass fabric and release coating applications where increased build is desired.
POLYFLON PTFE D-610C is a high molecular weight homopolymer polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion. D-610C has been specifically designed for use in cast film application.
POLYFLON PTFE Micropowders
POLYFLON PTFE Low Polymer L-5 is a low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene. It can be used as an additive to improve wear resistance, non-stick properties and to reduce coefficient of friction POLYFLON PTFE Low Polymer L-5 is well suited as an additive to plastics and elastomers such as Polyamide, Polyacetal, Polyester, Polycarbonate and TPEE. It is also used as a dry lubricant or an additive for paint and printing ink. It offers superior handling and dispersing performance.
Add to polycarbonate and polyamide, as well as other plastics, to improve wear and to reduce the coefficient of friction.
Blend with fluorocarbon or silicone oils to form high performance lubricants and greases.
